51�ԹϺ�� Davis is distributing the letter from the Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency, below, to share with the campus community that four cases of whooping cough have been identified in the last month among 51�ԹϺ�� Davis’ roughly 40,000 students.

Student Health and Counseling Services is working in coordination with the Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency, and contact tracing is being conducted to identify and notify those who have been in close contact with the infected persons.

Student Health Center a Leader in LGBTQ Equality

Student Health and Counseling Services is one of only three student health centers in the nation to be designated an LGBTQ Healthcare Equality Leader for 2019.

The designation arises from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s annual Healthcare Equality Index, which this year had 680 participants, including student health centers and full-fledged medical centers.
