Each year, the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Davis and 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Davis Health community gathers for a Remembrance Ceremony to pause, reflect and honor colleagues, friends and community members who have passed away over the past year. The ceremony offers an opportunity to come together to remember their lives, contributions and impact on our university community.

The third annual Remembrance Ceremony will be held May 11 at the . Open to all, it offers a shared space for reflection, connection and remembrance.
The program includes remarks from Chancellor Gary S. May, musical performances and a reading of names, recognizing each individual and their connection to 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Davis and 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Davis Health.

Following the program, Aggie Mental Health Ambassadors will host a ribbon activity, providing a quiet, personal way for attendees to remember and honor members of the community who have passed. Participants are invited to write a name or message on a ribbon and tie it along a designated space, creating a visible and collective expression of remembrance. First introduced in 2023, the activity has become an ongoing tradition, with ribbons added each year.
Attendees may also choose to walk the as another way to reflect.
